Regional School Photography Coordinator - Rival Sports Media

Rival Sports Media is looking for organized, outgoing, and professional individuals to help grow and coordinate school photography accounts within their local area.

This is a flexible, relationship-focused role ideal for someone looking for meaningful part-time work during the school year while still maintaining flexibility for family life and personal schedules.

feel comfortable working with schools, sports organizations, and families
can lead and coordinate photo day activities
want professional work without a traditional office environment

This role is not built around editing photos or sitting behind a computer all night.

Rival Sports Media handles the heavy backend work including:

editing
online ordering systems
payroll
fulfillment
customer support systems
yearbook processing
backend administration

Your focus is on relationships, coordination, and helping photo days run smoothly within your region.

The role includes:

Sourcing, developing, establishing and maintaining photography accounts in your area
communicating with local schools
helping coordinate schedules and logistics
leading school photo days
local staffing coordination
maintaining positive relationships with school staff

Most work takes place during normal school hours on weekdays, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible daytime work during the school year.

Summer workload is extremely limited.

Photography experience is helpful, but strong communication, organization, professionalism, and leadership skills are just as important.

monthly territory compensation
commissions/bonuses

Pay: $250.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Experience:

Photography: 10 years (Preferred)
Organizational skills: 10 years (Required)
Sales: 10 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Driver's License and OWN reliable transportation (Required)

Willingness to travel:

50% (Required)
