Build and manage shoot timelines, call sheets, and production schedulesSource and coordinate locations, studios, permits, and insurance as neededBook and coordinate crew (photographer, assistants, stylists, HMU, models)Secure equipment, props, wardrobe logistics, and cateringTrack production budgets, estimates, and approvalsProduction (On-Set) Manage day-of shoot logistics and on-set coordinationEnsure crew adherence to schedule and run-of-showTroubleshoot production issues in real timeAct as the main operational point of contact on setPost-Production Coordination Coordinate asset delivery timelines with photographer and retouching teamsTrack selects, edits, retouching rounds, and final asset approvalsEnsure final assets are delivered to internal teams on timeAdministrative & Reporting
