We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure every image moves seamlessly from camera to client across our multi-studio network. Your role will directly impact how families, schools, and communities receive cherished memories—from championship sports moments to graduation milestones. What You'll Do: Image Production (70%) : Process files, implement quality checks, match subjects using our systems Workflow Coordination (20%) : Track projects across markets, resolve bottlenecks, support coordination between our studios in the region Client Support (10%) : Handle customer inquiries, prepare packages, assist with events What We Need: Detail-oriented with quality obsession Tech-comfortable and eager to learn our systems Excellent organization and priority-setting skills Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (especially Excel and Sheets) Friendly communication style No photography experience required!
