Photography Product Specialist job at Think Tank Photo. We are looking for a self-reliant customer support professional to join our team, help customers match their needs with our products, and support them with any warranty or post-purchase questions. • Assist with all aspects of direct sales, customer service & warranty needs • Take and process sales orders from inbound emails, live chat, and phone calls • Assist with warranty and product repair issues • Needs to have a solid knowledge of and passion for photography • Needs to have solid experience in sales and customer service and data entry Required Skills: • Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential • Experience utilizing Zendesk or simualr and Live Chat Software • Strong verbal, grammar, math, and writing skills • Exceptional phone and email communication skills • Knowledge of current photography equipment used by professionals • Strong computer skills • The ability to exercise independent judgment while conforming to company standards • Must be able to collaborate with other members of the customer service and sales teams • Ability to organize and prioritize work • Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm • Basic mechanical skills with hand tools and simple power tools for product repairs • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Additional Skills That Would be a Plus: • Experience with management of e-commerce platform • Experience traveling with photographic equipment is preferred • Minimum two years of work experience in a retail sales photography environment or equivalent in the photo industry
