As a photography production assistant, you will assist the visual media department in all aspects of photography production, from pre-production to post-production. In this role, you will also help manage and obtain legal documents from shoots and vendors (i.e., permits, appearance releases), work alongside university resources for shoot setup and breakdown, assist with commissioning vendors for styling, organize shoot schedules and prepare call sheets, and other duties as needed. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
