We're looking for an energetic, positive, and driven Sales Photography Site Manager to lead our on-site photo concession operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire your team, deliver unforgettable guest experiences, and drive strong sales performance — all in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

As the Site Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the photography concession while actively working alongside your team. You’ll lead, coach, and develop Imaging Sales Associates who rotate between photography, photo editing/printing, and sales.

You’ll be responsible for creating a fun and engaging guest experience while ensuring operational excellence and strong sales performance.

Primary Responsibilities

Train & motivate Imaging Sales Associates
Lead by example in photography, sales, and guest service
Drive & uphold high sales performance standards
Manage inventory, staff scheduling, daily reports
Maintain a positive working relationship with the host partner
Operate photography equipment (capture, edit, and print photos)
Qualifications & Skills

Positive attitude with strong leadership and people skills
Professional appearance & demeanor
Basic computer & printer proficiency
Able to stand for 7–9 hours & lift 25+ pounds
Valid driver’s license
Available to work weekends & holidays
Able to pass a background check
