Photography Sales Manager

Do you have photography experience or a passion for visual storytelling? Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations to achieve sales, service, and quality goals.Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new photographers.Drive photography sales performance and customer satisfaction.Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff across multiple hospital partnerships.Manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and performance expectations across multiple hospital locations.Ensure compliance with company, hospital, and safety requirements.Photograph newborn babies and their families, creating lasting memories.Deliver a warm, professional, and compassionate experience for every family.Who Were Looking For Leadership, supervisory, or management experience.Experience hiring, training, coaching, or developing employees.Experience leading remote, multi-site, or geographically dispersed teams preferred.Experience managing multiple locations, departments, or business units preferred.Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.Photography experience preferred, especially portrait, studio, family, newborn, or event photography.Experience managing business operations, scheduling, staffing, or performance metrics.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working independently in a hospital environment.Ability to safely handle newborns and photography equipment.Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.Requirements Minimum age of 18.High school diploma or GED required.Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings.Ability to meet hospital compliance requirements.Why Join Mom365?
