We are looking for an energetic, sales-savvy Studio Assistant who thrives on booking clients, loves selling, and is passionate about delivering a luxury client experience.
If you’re excited about helping women, enterpreneurs, families, pet lovers, and professionals create timeless portraits—and want to make every client feel welcomed, cared for, and excited—this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
Speak with potential clients over the phone and in the studio to learn their stories, share our offerings, and book sessions with confidence.
Communicate clients over direct messages, phone and text messages
Respond to warm leads (no cold calling!) by phone and email—providing quick, friendly, and effective responses.
Guide clients through the booking process, prepare them for their session, and follow up afterward.
Assist clients in-studio: welcoming them, supporting consultations, and helping during photography sessions (including light posing assistance).
Sell portrait sessions and products, focusing on luxury sales with the goal of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Schedule and organize sessions, coordinating with makeup artists when needed.
Help with packaging/shipping orders and writing personalized thank-you notes to nurture lasting client relationships.
Support our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) with behind-the-scenes content and posting content on our platforms.
Support our online community by posting in our Facebook groups
Maintain studio organization and cleanliness and ensure everything is prepared for upcoming sessions.
Call clients following up on new leads and orders as well as portrait session consultations.
Lightly cull and edit photographs to prepare for showing.
Communicate with prospective businesses and partners.

Tech-savvy (Google Suite, CRM tools, social media platforms).
Positive, energetic, and adaptable—with the ability to work independently.
Bonus: Previous experience in luxury sales, photography, or client services.

Schedule & Growth Opportunities:
Weekday afternoons: 8:30am – 2:30pm.
