Location: Ruby Falls-Chattanooga, TN
Compensation: $17.50/hour + tips ($22.50/hour on average with tips included)
Schedule: Operating hours 8:45am up to 11pm. (weekends & holidays required)

Photography experience is a plus — but not required. We provide training!

We’re looking for an energetic, positive, and motivated Sales Photography Supervisor to help lead our on-site photo concession team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support daily operations, guide team members, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences — all in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

As the Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the photography concession while working alongside the team. You’ll help coach and support Imaging Sales Associates as they rotate between photography, photo editing/printing, and sales.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining a fun, engaging environment for both guests and team members while supporting strong sales performance.

Primary Responsibilities

Support training and coaching Imaging Sales Associates
Lead by example in photography, sales, and guest engagement
Help prepare daily reports and handle basic administrative tasks
Maintain a positive relationship with the host partner
Operate photography equipment (capture, edit, and print photos)

Qualifications & Skills

Positive attitude with strong communication and leadership skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer and printer proficiency
Comfortable working outdoors & inside a cave
Able to stand for 7–9 hours and lift 25+ pounds
Valid driver’s license
18+ years old
Available to work weekends and holidays
Able to pass a background check
