Photography Sales Supervisor at Ruby Falls

Location: Ruby Falls-Chattanooga, TN Compensation: $17.50/hour + tips ($22.50/hour on average with tips included) Schedule: Operating hours 8:45am up to 11pm. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support daily operations, guide team members, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences — all in a fun, fast-paced environment. Support training and coaching Imaging Sales Associates Lead by example in photography, sales, and guest engagement Help prepare daily reports and handle basic administrative tasks Maintain a positive relationship with the host partner Operate photography equipment (capture, edit, and print photos) Positive attitude with strong communication and leadership skills Professional appearance and demeanor Basic computer and printer proficiency Comfortable working outdoors & inside a cave Able to stand for 7–9 hours and lift 25+ pounds Valid driver’s license 18+ years old Available to work weekends and holidays Able to pass a background check If you're ready to take the next step in leadership, support a high-energy team, and help create unforgettable experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you!
