Key Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, courteous, and efficient photo services to customers.Create a memorable customer experience by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.Assist in various store operations, including checkout support and maintaining store departments as needed.Customer Engagement

Greet and assist customers with inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive shopping experience.Share customer service best practices with team members to enhance service quality.Operational Tasks

Provide efficient service in the photo department, including digital photo services and recommending promotional products.Process customer transactions accurately at the cash register, including handling returns and exchanges.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and inventory is managed effectively.Observe company asset protection policies to minimize loss and ensure compliance with regulations.Set up and maintain promotional displays and seasonal merchandise as directed.Monitor and fulfill web orders efficiently, providing an excellent customer pickup experience.Help maintain the store's overall cleanliness and presentation.Follow all company policies and foster a respectful workplace environment.Complete assigned tasks and special projects as needed.Training & Development

Participate in training sessions and complete any personal development tasks assigned by your Manager.Basic Qualifications

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.Preferred Qualifications
