Photography Services Specialist

Job Summary
Join our team as a Photography Services Specialist where you will create a memorable and positive customer experience by offering expert photo services, including digital passport photos, and assisting with customer service transactions such as FedEx and Western Union. You will be responsible for the organization and operational readiness of the photo department by managing inventory, maintaining supplies, and ensuring product availability to meet customer needs. Promote our photo products and services while engaging with customers at the checkout and processing transactions accurately. Collaborate with your team to maintain a clean and inviting environment while achieving operational goals.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Experience
Engage with customers at the photo counter by providing a warm greeting and proactively offering assistance to identify needs for personalized services. Own customer concerns, swiftly resolving issues and answering queries to deliver a seamless experience.

Operations
Provide friendly and efficient service in the photo department, promoting our photo products and digital passport photo services. Recommend services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Ensure accurate processing of transactions, including purchases, refunds, and exchanges, following cash handling procedures. Manage inventory and supplies while maintaining the department's operational readiness based on customer demand. Fulfill online and web orders with precision to enhance the customer journey. Support customers with auxiliary services while adhering to compliance policies. Maintain photo equipment and store systems for daily operations, achieving quality results. Keep the photo department organized, clean, and safe, contributing to the overall store atmosphere. Assist in merchandising efforts, including promotional setups and inventory activities. Train and support team members on photo operations to ensure service continuity. Always comply with company policies and foster respectful working relationships with colleagues.

Training & Personal Development
Participate in ongoing training and complete any required e-Learning as directed by your manager.

Basic Qualifications

Fluency in English is required (reading, writing, and speaking).Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.Preferred Qualifications
