Dates: May 11- August 15 (exact start/end dates flexible) The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented self-starter with a strong interest in storytelling and a passion for social media strategy and growth. • Capture high-quality photos and short-form video content at JGAA tournaments • Edit photos and videos for social and digital use (experience with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools preferred) • Develop and execute social media content strategies and campaigns with the goal of increasing engagement and growing JGAA’s social media following • Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and X, including captions, hashtags, and basic analytics awareness • Conduct brief on-site interviews with players to gather authentic storytelling content • Communicate consistently with the Tournament Director and Communications Associate regarding content needs, schedules, and priorities • Assist the operations team with tournament set-up and on-site support as needed • Provide general tournament operations and management support (some in-office hours required) • Own camera equipment preferred • Must have a reliable vehicle to get to courses across the valley; mileage compensation provided • Experience in sports, event, or action photography • Strong interest in social media, content creation, and storytelling • Experience editing photos and videos for social platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized • Reliable, punctual, and able to arrive early for tournaments (early mornings required) • Comfortable working long days, weekends, and outdoors during summer in Arizona • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team • Interest or experience in golf is strongly preferred BENEFITS: Hourly pay, travel expense reimbursement and staff uniforms
