Photography Studio Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities • Assists studio operations at Outdoor Cap Company, JUNK Brands, & Legendary Headwear including checking and setup of equipment, product inventory for shoots, and set up and tear down of scenes in-studio or on-location • Assists all photographic execution of the day-to-day visual asset needs of the company to include lifestyle photography, product photography, and the occasional company picnic, adventure, or outing. Skills and Specifications • Demonstrated proficiency in Creative Cloud and DAM software (we use Bynder ) • Excellent technical photography abilities and viewpoint for lifestyle or product shoots • Experience with automated product photo systems a plus ( Iconasys , lightboxes, etc ) • Able to work from a brief to convey creative intent of the product or service • Ability to deal with the unexpected in a calm and professional manner • Strong ability to nurture and communicate with internal/external brand stakeholder • Time management and multi-tasking skills to operate in fast paced environment. • Creative and critical thinking skills • Good visual, written, and verbal communication skills • Highly accountable with strong follow up skills. • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization. • Fine motor skills : required using the wrists, hands, and fingers to operate camera , lighting, computers, etc.
