About the Role: Keep open, constant communication with the team, including the owner and operator, about anything the studio may need Send a daily end-of-day report to the photographer and the owner outlining your activities for the day Help organize get-togethers and activities that keep our local team close and bonded You genuinely enjoy working with people and know how to hold space for clients who may be nervous or stepping outside their comfort zone You are organized by nature and like keeping things neat, while still being social and warm with the photographer and clients around you You take pride in a spotless, well-run space You are comfortable working in a boudoir photography environment, where clients are photographed in lingerie and intimate styling You understand discretion instinctively; our clients trust us with something vulnerable, and confidentiality is as essential here as warmth You are reliable, punctual, and take initiative when you see something that needs doing You are 21 or older (serving mimosas is part of the welcome) Location: Washington, D.C.
