You’ll need to design promotional materials on Indesign and web sites via Squarespace and Wordpress. As a part time Studio Assistant, you will work directly with Sam on a variety of marketing and projects as well day-to-day studio management. - Market research of art, commercial, and magazine businesses - Email outreach (writing, pitching, selecting images) - Cross-platform digital outreach (instagram posts and captions, website updates) - Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with Sam - Digital archive management - Lightroom selection, editing, backup - Client database management (Mailchimp) - Design of PDF proposals/decks (InDesign) - Pre-production research / story ideation - General assistance with production logistics - Assist on shoots on location - Organize and maintain photography & office equipment and replenish as necessary - Assist in finding reference imagery for shoots The studio assistant will be compensated $20/hour to be paid via payroll on a weekly basis. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time Studio Management position.
