You’ll collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, clients, and post‐production teams, ensuring smooth shoots that meet creative vision and client expectations. Lead logistics including scoping calls with clients and creatives, confirm budgets, order supplies and props, ensure digital asset workflows. Assist production lead with rate negotiations (photographers, stylists, locations), manage vendor invoices and internal cost tracking. 5+ years in photography production coordination, studio operations, or related creative roles. Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Graphics, Art, Communications or equivalent work experience preferred.
