Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Photography Studio Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality visual content within our studio environment. Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all phases of photo and video shoots, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team collaboration
Oversee the setup and operation of broadcast studio equipment, lighting systems, and other technical tools required for professional content creation
Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with project goals
Ensure high standards of media quality by supervising on-set production activities and overseeing post-production editing using industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and other media editing software
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of content projects
Maintain a safe and efficient studio environment by adhering to operational protocols for lighting, audio/video processing, and equipment handling
Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and external vendors to streamline production workflows

Requirements

Proven experience in videography, photography production, or related media roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through visual content
Proficiency with media editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), Final Cut Pro or equivalent software for post-production work
Knowledge of broadcast studio equipment operation including lighting setups for video production and audio/video processing techniques
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation strategies for digital audiences
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse audiences effectively
Exceptional communication skills paired with technical writing capabilities for clear documentation and interpretation of creative briefs
Familiarity with journalism principles and storytelling techniques to craft compelling narratives across various media formats
