We are looking for a Rockstar Editing and Sales Team Member, who we affectionately call a 'Ninja'! This position is responsible for editing our photo galleries and making them shine! In this role, you will add that little extra magic that polishes our photos. Our Ninjas also help guide our clients toward the best packages that will keep their memories alive for themselves and family members for years to come. The Ninjas create the highest quality photo product that our clients rave about and cannot get enough of. Our next Ninja is capable of multitasking and staying busy all day with a smile. The ideal candidate is genuine and sincere with our clients, can see the value and importance of their photo memories and helps the client plan to create a photo story of their family’s life.

Studio Need: We are looking to add one Ninja to our amazing team! The positions will require part-time availability with weekday and weekend evening availablity times.

Responsibilities:

· Edit our photographers' photos, and make them shine!

· Direct our clients' photo viewings, and guide them toward the best product packages for their needs.

· Fulfilling Client's orders

· Work closely with our team of Photographers to deliver the best photos possible for our clients

Skills Desired:

· Technologically sound and savvy! (We will offer complete training on the editing processes and our standards for the product we offer.) Experience with ACR, and Photoshop a plus, but not required.

· Emotional Intelligence and ability to build quick rapport with our variety of clients.

· Willingness and comfort promoting sales.

· Customer service oriented with an ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

· Clear and top-tier communication and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· High school degree, or equivalent, REQUIRED

**Hourly base pay $13.50/hr. during a six-month training period. Average hourly wage calculation with commissions included comes to $14-$17/hr.**
