Salary negotiable and based on experience and education. Starting salary $18-$20 per hour. RESPONSIBILITIES -Assist with client customer service & communication -Assist with scheduling jobs and gathering information using Google Suite -Make sure all jobs remain on task using our online CRM platform -Upload images to online galleries -Help maintain social media accounts -Keep the studio clean & organized -Maintain contact list -Work closely with owners to ensure that all systems are running smoothly QUALIFICATIONS -Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant/office manager -Strong Apple computer skills required, must be proficient using: Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Hootsuite, MailChimp -Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and team objectives -Team oriented philosophy and a commitment to supporting and developing others -Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills -Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills -Customer service experience -Interest in photography – bonus!
