• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials and provide individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of the student. • Utilize computers and other technological classroom support equipment in student instruction. • Administer appropriate student attendance policies and procedures. • Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, school staff, district staff, and patrons. • Knowledge of State Core Curriculum and Board of Education adopted guidelines.
