Photography Team Lead – Event Operations

As the Photography Team Lead – Sales & Event Operations, you will be the primary driver of success at youth sports tournaments, ensuring seamless event execution, strong team performance, and outstanding customer experiences. You'll oversee onsite operations, drive sales, and inspire a team of 2-6 Crew Members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The Onsite Leader will report to the District Manager and collaborate with the Photography and Sales team members to deliver top-tier service at every event. Team Leadership & Performance • Lead, train, and manage a team of 2-6 Crew Members per event. You will increase event sales and revenue by staying organized, leading by example, and coaching your team to sell effectively.
