Photography Team Lead - Event Operations

As the Photography Team Lead – Sales & Event Operations, you will be the primary driver of success at youth sports tournaments, ensuring seamless event execution, strong team performance, and outstanding customer experiences. The Onsite Leader will report to the District Manager and collaborate with the Photography and Sales team members to deliver top-tier service at every event. • Maintain constant communication with staff and company leadership. Team Leadership & Performance • Lead, train, and manage a team of 2-6 Crew Members per event. You will increase event sales and revenue by staying organized, leading by example, and coaching your team to sell effectively.
