Georgia Power is looking for a creative and powerful visual storyteller with a business-oriented mindset to lead its photography and video production group. The team is part of the company’s in-house creative group that supports Georgia Power. Responsibilities: • Lead the team of specialized video and photography professionals that produce content for Georgia Power • Drive and oversee the execution of video and photography projects from concept to distribution • Meet with internal clients to review and understand objectives and capture them in a creative/project brief • Ensure consistency in branding and creative strategy • Oversee the team’s digital asset and file management systems including ingestion, annotation, cataloguing, storage, retrieval and distribution of digital photography and video assets • Manage the maintenance and purchase of equipment including field cameras, studio cameras, wireless systems, microphones and audio, photography equipment and related items • Maintain proficiency in the latest technology and techniques, bringing innovation and creativity to the team’s deliverables Committed to delivering clean, safe, reliable, and affordable energy at rates below the national average, Georgia Power maintains a diverse, innovative generation mix that includes nuclear, coal and natural gas, as well as renewables such as solar, hydroelectric and wind.
