Photography & Videography Assistant (Internship → Full-Time) Bilingual Mandarin Chinese & English

We’re a small, early-stage team with a collaborative, hands-on environment. We’re looking for a Photo/Video Assistant Intern to support our productions—from lighting setup and scene building to on-set assistance and post-shoot organization. This is a great role for someone who wants real set experience and a clear path to a full-time position. Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Set Production Support • Assist with lighting setup (positioning lights, modifiers, stands, power, safety) • Help build and reset scenes/sets (backdrops, props, product/table setups, basic styling support) • Support camera team with equipment prep, lens changes, battery/media management, and gear handling • Maintain a clean, safe set: cable management, stand placement, load-in/out, basic troubleshooting • Assist with basic audio and grip tasks as needed (depending on shoot) Content & Client Support • Help maintain day-to-day social media tasks (posting support, organizing assets, basic captions/hashtags) • Support client communication and follow-up (confirmations, reminders, post-shoot check-ins) • Organize deliverables: file naming, folder structure, and transferring footage/photos to the team workflow
