Photography & Youth Sports Coordinator

Do you enjoy working with children and capturing memories that will last a lifetime? In this role, you will work in various settings while photographing school day pictures, seniors, sports and activities, clubs, and more. This role offers commission-based earning potential for new sales. This is what we ask of you: • Apply your knowledge of sports league operations to drive youth sports league sales performance • Assist with school-based account details and help in keeping them up-to-date • Advocate for customers’ needs by problem-solving • Detail-oriented and organized—thrive on managing multiple projects • Exceptional phone etiquette, excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to understand customers’ needs and provide solutions • Project management and strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Provide exemplary customer service to school administration, staff, coaches, parents, and students • Assist the photography team in developing new techniques that benefit our customers • Ability to take high-quality portraits • Transport and set up the computer and camera equipment on location • Complete end-of-day paperwork with great attention to detail • Communicate promptly and effectively with all team members • Assist with leading and training a team of photographers • The ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Perform other duties as assigned by management Bonus Qualifications include: • Experience with school-based photography and youth sports • Photoshop and Lightroom experience • Bilingual Spanish speaking
