Photography experience (1+ year preferred, not required) Videography and drone experience are a plus — willingness to learn is required Valid Part 107 drone certification or ability to obtain within 4 weeks Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills Strong creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with high standards for quality Kind, personable, and empathetic with clients and teammates Coachable with a growth mindset Disciplined, consistent, and self-motivated Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation To be considered for this role, applicants must submit both a portfolio and a short video note.
