About The UVU Review The UVU Review is your student-produced source of news and information. Whether you’re passionate about journalism, design, marketing, social media, or broadcast storytelling — The UVU Review is a launchpad for students looking to grow their skills and make a real impact. Qualifications • must be a full-time student in good standing with the university • must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA • must be committed to giving 2-15 hours per week (depending on the position you apply for) • Skills in Photojournalism and Photography • Experience using film, audio and camera equipment • Experience using film, audio and/or photo editing software • Strong Writing and Storytelling abilities or the ability to learn • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Experience in journalism, print/web design, film, audio, advertising or a related field is a plus • Familiarity with content management systems and photo/film editing software is very beneficial • *We realize many of you are students and still learning.
