Photolab Digital Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Manager to help with the overall successful functionality of the production lab within our Preprint Department, including our Full Service Data Entry, Color Correction, and Retouching areas. Job Responsibilities: • Upkeeps the quality standards of all photographic imagery for accuracy, color balance and presentation as the first step in the production process. • Collaborates with the Chief Operating Officer and sets strategic goals and vision for the Preprint Department, as well as short- and long-term goals for all associates under this role’s supervision. The Preprint Supervisor is responsible for supervision of all lab associates and processes within the Preprint Department. The Preprint Supervisor will provide oversight of productivity and performance monitoring, as well as associate mediation and workplace conduct adherence.
