Photoshoot Producer

Our client, an L.A. based entertainment and management company founded by an A-list entertainer and entrepreneur, is currently looking for a Stills Producer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is high pace and high energy, looking to partner with a world-class brand. Candidates should be highly capable and able to work with multiple teams and lead the planning and execution of photo projects. You will see projects through from inception to delivery, managing the process along the way while ensuring the work is of the highest standard, delivered on time and within budget. Some of what you will do: -Working closely with the photographers and assistants to manage and execute in studio shoots for a variety of clients Assist with casting and booking models, makeup hair stylists, wardrobe stylists, prop stylists and photographers for assigned shoots -Manage and maintain budgets for photo shoots -Confirm all details of shoot are covered in pre-production to ensure a smooth shoot day (photographer equipment needs, etc) -Send out call sheets and communicate any outstanding details to talent and contributors -Secure necessary model releases and contracts in advance of the assigned shoot -Takes initiative to expand relevant industry/software knowledge and skills and to share ideas to improve photography, creative design, production or enhancements to internal processes procedures -Explore new equipment and make recommendations for equipment/set/other studio enhancements -Provide guidance and development support to photography assistants -Work to keep a relevant studio portfolio of work, technology, capabilities -Oversee a team of retouchers on finishing of photo assets Qualifications: -Capable of working directly with clients -A minimum of two to three years experience as a Stills Post Producer -A roster of Fashion/Beauty clients/publishers you have worked with successfully -A demonstrable background as a professional Producer -Proficiency with mainstream creative softwares, Adobe, Capture One, etc.
