Photoshoot Producer & Sample Coordinator

This role requires strong project management, excellent communication and organizational skills. Photoshoot Production: • Creates production decks for each shoot, assisting Art Directors as needed • Add meta-data to each shot as provided by content team • Maintain library of swipe and inspirational “go-bys” for team • Serves as a liaison between the creative, content and photography teams to accurately communicate any upcoming challenges or changes prior (or during) each photoshoot • Post-shoot, distributes contact sheets and places images in appropriate production/content decks • Attends photoshoots as needed • Organizational Skills • Strong organizational skills are essential to prioritize tasks and ensure that projects are completed on time.
