Virginia Beach Photography is growing, and we’re looking for an outgoing, dependable, and highly organized Picture Day Operations & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with sales and making product recommendations Comfortable handling cash, checks, and electronic payments Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments Basic proficiency with computers and spreadsheets Ability to learn new ordering and photo-management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and punctual Reliable transportation Own reliable laptop Availability for weekday afternoon/evening and weekend events Experience with customer service, retail sales, Square, Excel/Google Sheets, event operations, youth sports, dance, photography businesses, or high-volume ordering is preferred but not required. Virginia Beach Photography provides professional Picture Day and Media Day experiences for youth sports organizations, dance studios, competitive programs, tournaments, and special events.
