We shoot a very broad range of photo styles, including, but not limited to: business/commercial shoots, children portraits, composites/headshots, engagements, personal/corporate events, family portraits, graduations, maternity, memorials, product shoots, promo shoots, real estate, food and weddings. Our professional team includes a wide range of photographers, videographers, drone pilots and photography assistants. The entire Fotility team consists of paid contractors, we do NOT have any employees and we do NOT use interns.

Fotility is looking for a few qualified photographers and videographers in the San Diego area. Some knowledge and experience in photography and/or videography is preferred, however, it is NOT required. The right candidates MUST be RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, have their own transportation and mobile phone. Having your own, full frame DSLR and lenses is beneficial, but we are willing to provide equipment for use to the right candidates. ALL contractors are required to perform several exercises and tests to get certified with Fotility BEFORE they are allowed to go out and shoot independently on behalf of Fotility. NO PHOTO EDITING is required.

The position will start with 10-15 hours per month (generally with 1-2 weeks advanced notice, but sometimes with just a few days’ notice), and is projected to grow rapidly to 30-40 hours per month. The right candidate will be a 1099 sub-contractor (not an employee, so no taxes will be taken out), and the pay range will be between $25-$50/hour (depending on experience), with NO EDITING required.

Phone/video interviews will be conducted, with final interviews in person.
