What to expect as a sales consultant: • Base + commission + monthly incentives = $80=120K+ annual income expectation • Appointments are set for you - no phone time or chasing leads • Present photography images, size, and finish options to our clients from the photo session that they just experienced • Appointments last 45 minutes to an hour - back-to-back clients up to 8 a day • Consultative selling environment - soft sales, no pressure • This is a closing sales position only: 100% close rate, no follow-ups • Weekly training meetings • A culture of accountability where your voice is heard The most successful Portrait Designers have the following: • Proven experience in a sales environment • Ability to sell from a scripted flow while maintaining authenticity • Charisma to build rapport quickly • Motivated, Confident, Punctual, and Dependable • Professional appearance that represents a luxury brand • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
