The studio is seeking target-driven sales consultant to join our energetic team at our Colorado Springs studio. We are a close-knit family oriented group that support one another while striving toward a common goal of serving clients by offering an amazing experience start to finish. People love working in this family-owned and operated studio and are excited to be part of a high-performing team.

This is NOT retail sales, B2B, lead generation, or follow-up work. This is a pure closing role: You meet with clients immediately after their portrait session, present their beautiful images, discuss sizing/finishing options, and close the sale all in one 45-60 minute appointment. Appointments are pre-set for you (no cold calling, no chasing leads, no follow-ups). Expect back-to-back clients, up to 8 sessions per day.

What to expect as a sales consultant:

Base $18.00 per hour + commission + monthly incentives = $80-120K+ annual income expectations
This is an in-person office position at our studio, NOT remote
Appointments are set for you - no phone time or chasing leads
Present photography images, size, and finish options to our clients from the photo session that they just experienced
Appointments last 45 minutes to an hour - back-to-back clients up to 8 a day
Consultative selling environment - soft sales, no pressure
This is a closing sales position only: 100% close rate, no follow-ups
Weekly training meetings

The most successful Portrait Designers have the following:

Proven experience in a sales environment
Ability to sell from a scripted flow while maintaining authenticity
Charisma to build rapport quickly
Motivated, Confident, Punctual, and Dependable
Professional appearance that represents a luxury brand
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: Base salary + commission + monthly incentives, with expected annual earnings of $80,000$120,000+.

Schedule (Full-time with benefits)-Full-time position with a 3.5-day work week:
Thursday to Saturday: 8:45 am AM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
