Portrait Photographer

If you are great with school aged kids and love taking photos, this is the job for you. You are our ideal candidate if you are interested in: • Working with others and interacting with kids • Learning about portrait photography • Learning to operate Canon DSLR 70D, 80D and newer • Working in a new environment every day • Part-time hours Monday through Friday As a vital member of our team, the Portrait Photographer will work alongside our seasoned Picture Day Leads to deliver a fun picture day experience for students throughout Southern California. Required skills/abilities include: • Ability to verbally build fast rapport with elementary age school children • Experience working with elementary age children is a plus • Able to set up/teardown camera stations, operate simple mechanical devices (tripods, stands) • Willing and able to work as part of a team • Must be able to withstand regular exposure to flashing lights • Ability to verbally communicate with and give direction to a high volume of elementary aged students • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) • Experience in a customer-facing environment (not required) • Are you comfortable using verbal communication skills with a high volume of elementary aged students for a full work day?
