Portrait Studio & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

We specialize in women’s portraits, personal branding, boudoir, and empowering portrait experiences for women 40+ — creating meaningful photography experiences that help women see themselves with confidence and pride. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and is excited to be part of a creative, client-centered environment. Preparing the studio before/after sessions Assisting during portrait sessions, including light set adjustments and moving studio items and furniture Organizing studio wardrobe and client styling pieces Capturing behind-the-scenes photos and videos on a phone Transferring media to our database Basic editing of short-form video using mobile apps Assisting with email follow-ups and general studio organization Supporting the photographer throughout sessions as needed This role is best suited for someone who enjoys supporting others, is highly organized, and takes pride in creating a thoughtful and seamless client experience. Based at our portrait studio in St. Louis Some sessions may take place on location
