Position: Cruise Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Cruise Manager, you are responsible for all cruise service staff and services aboard the Portland Spirit cruises. DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicates regularly with Executive Service Director to ensure high level of customer service and a consistency in operation. Record keeping is specific and you are to use the guidelines given by the Accounting Department and Service Manager. • Communicates with the Executive Service Director as to cruise details as it pertains to service and photography. • Completion on an AWI deck training manual and knowledge of the location and use of all emergency equipment.
