pAs strongSeasonal Local Manager/strong, you will create the magic by overseeing daily operations for our Easter Bunny photo operations and implement strategies to drive profitability and efficiency at your venue. The ideal candidate will also lead, develop, and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. /p

pstrongOur Local Manager Will Also/strong/p
ul
liPromote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies/li
liManage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success/li
liDetermine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members/li
liEnsure daily operations are maintained as scheduled/li
liRespond to all business calls or emails within a timely manner/li
liCreate and reinforce a sales culture within the location to ensure team is knowledgeable, following proper cash handling procedures, and is maximizing sales potential to reach daily and monthly targets/li
liVerify DAILY bank deposits to DM, confirming bank deposit/credit card slips are w/financial paperwork/li
liCoach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service/li
liEstablish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations/li
liPartner with host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability/li
liAddress and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery/li
liEnsure accurate/timely preseason setup, breakdown and securing of all equipment at your location/li

liTeam player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership/li
liExcellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions/li
liAbility to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling/li
liProfessional attire and good hygiene are a must/li
liAvailable to attend mandatory pre-season training/li
liFlexibility and willingness to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays/li
liAvailable to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed/li

liAt least 18 years of age/li
liHigh School Diploma Required/li
liPrevious retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred/li
lispan /spanspanAbility to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time/span/li
liAbility to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently/li
