We are seeking to hire pre- medical and pre-optometry students for one to two-year positions as ophthalmology technicians/ assistants. The roles in this position will include tasks of an ophthalmic assistant, scribe, patient care coordination, and medical record management. This direct patient contact will also help to develop appropriate skills for communication in patient education and involvement in the coordination of their care. You will also have the benefit of direct mentorship from the board- certified clinicians with whom you will work very closely each day.
