Capturing Life's Moments as a School Photographer This role involves capturing genuine smiles and priceless school memories. Travel to local schools, using your personal vehicle, to support picture day events. Key Responsibilities: • Capture authentic smiles and precious moments for students and families • Use your own vehicle to travel to schools for photo day events • Enjoy scenic views, meet new people, and occasionally overnight stays (hotel + per diem paid) • Transport, set up, and take down photography equipment at schools for photo day events • Organize and manage images using photo software • Gain hands-on photography experience in a dynamic setting Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18+ years old) • A reliable, insured vehicle and valid U.S. driver's license (use of public transportation is not permitted) • Ability to start early (sometimes as early as 4 AM) and occasional extended hours when travel is involved • Capacity to lift and carry camera equipment weighing up to 50 lbs • Comfortable storing camera equipment at home when not in use • A friendly and approachable personality, especially around children • Comfort working in a school environment with students of all ages and abilities • Strong communication, customer service, and technical skills • Comfort working independently for smaller events after training • Travel to schools as scheduled for photo day events • Proficient in working with computers/cameras and ability to learn new programs • Professional grooming and appearance that reflects high standards • Reliable cell phone and internet access
