Print Shop Assistant

We have an immediate opening in our Print/Copy West Seattle Store for a Customer Service and Digital Pre-Press Jr. Graphic Designer and Assistant (Jr. Project Manager / Jr. Print Graphic Design Coordinator) REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES: *Print shop experience preferred, but easily trainable *Must have excellent customer service skills and a friendly face behind the counter *Able to handle answer phones while multitasking and complete tasks *Must be able to organize and manage deadlines *Educates customers about the products, pricing and timeframes *Shop organization and a chance to learn about the transitioning print industry *Handle estimates and pricing / POS system is trainable *Experience with Adobe Software such as Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite preferred *Open and Pre-Flight Customers Files and Communicate about Printing Requirements *Communicate with the customers and team to help organize and manage deadlines *Participates with Team to Handle Job Quotes and Billing Details *Overall detailed customer and team organization
