● Create individualized batch number for all products ● Create compliant labels for all materials, allowing easy identification such as farm and license, weight, bag number, intake date, metrc uid or label with last 5 digits of uid. ● Direct intake information to Procurement Manager for digital recording ● Retain and organize all records of in-taken products into designated binders. ● Upload and label all Certificates of Analysis to Server, for all departments to access ● Create and retain excellent communications and relationships with all HF partner testing companies, past and present TRIM ● Intake all trim entering the HF Facility ● Visually inspect all bags for quality / defects ● Record accurate weights to intake form and bag labels. ● Create compliant labels for all in-taken trim to be placed on each bag. ● Record all information with proper intake paperwork (for example: Weights, UID, Farmer license information/ Contact information).
