Product Administrator

Walker Zanger, LLC. is looking for a Product Administrator to join our Marketing team in our North Hills branch located in the San Fernando Valley. Purpose of Position To maintain product data in our system as we grow as an international company, ensuring it reflects the status of our product options. Key Responsibilities and Duties Manage and update the resource planning system to ensure the product data and information is current and accurate Working with the relevant Product Team, set up all new product ranges in the system to support the New Product Introduction process in line with the Project timescales Ensure all new data entered into the resource planning system is accurate and consistent Manage and remove obsolete products/options Complete all work necessary to support price increases Check product data entry input daily CAD Drawings of New Product Development Product Documentation: Photography, Labeling and Cataloguing Shipping and receiving of samples between organizations and factories Communications with factories Desired Skills and Experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Asana CAD experience a MUST Strong numeracy skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Communicates effectively by telephone Shows ability to multitask and problem solve with strong analytical skills Eye for detail and consistency Uses initiative when prioritizing workload Strong team player who can work with a diverse team Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and set priorities Is inquisitive, thinks logically and conceptually Can establish priorities and handle many projects Preferable experience in system data maintenance Preferable experience using an ERP system Previous exp. working within a manufacturing/production environment a plus
