Category Manager – Truck & SUV Accessories Winbo USA is in search of a Category Manager for our automotive aftermarket accessories. Excellent communication skills and critical thinking are important qualities of the right candidate. These accessories include sidebars, running boards, truck bumpers, grille guards and many more items. We are located in Corona, CA. Responsibilities • Develop overall strategy for a product category and research new product options within the category • Provide new category opportunities by analyzing market and consumer data • Benchmark industry peers to determine trends and opportunities • Manage long-term development strategies for new and existing products • Collaborate with internal company teams in the development of new products • Perform regular competitive reviews on products to maximize positioning in the market • Maximize the visibility of products on E-commerce websites • Coordinate with management to determine marketing and promotional strategies • Review company’s websites to ensure an effective customer experience • Maximizing brand awareness and customer satisfaction • Assist with development of promotional videos and catalog photography • Report monthly on status of company’s brand(s) and categories Requirements • 2-3 years’ experience in product line or category management • Experience within automotive aftermarket industry • Knowledge of basic sales and marketing principles • Travel to industry trade shows and other events • Must be able to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously • Proficient in MS Office and related software • Excellent communication and people skills • Ability to complete projects within expected deadline Job Type: Full-time Pay: BoE Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid holidays & vacations Schedule: • 8 hour shift, Monday thru Friday Work Remotely: • Yes, partial
