Product Photographer

-Responsible for all design aspects including editing, retouching, and color correcting for all photographs taken -Take photographs documenting company culture, including regular working days as well as company events -Save images to the Merola Tile / SomerTile Image Database -Proactively providing input on how the company can develop improved content -Ensuring consistency throughout content -Use 3D Rendering Software to create room scenes -Supporting and collaborating with the marketing team with additional projects as needed -Collaborating with team on what content needs to be review/edited/reshot -Maintaining photography equipment -Bachelor’s degree preferred -Must have minimum two years of experience in related field -Must be able to read and write in English -Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail -Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, comprehension and analytical skills -Must be a team player -Knowledge of e-commerce and internet marketing -Ability to meet important deadlines -The ability and drive to learn the Merola product portfolio -Ability to multi-task and stay organized, while working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment -Patient and professional -Ability to stay organized and to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment -Outstanding communication skills -Good analytical skills, be able to solve problems, is self-motivated, and can work well with others -6 Paid federal holidays(New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) -Paid Time Off earned and accrued from first day with the Company (up to fifteen (15) days per year) -401(K) eligibility after one (1) year, with company match -Employer-paid life insurance -Employee Referral Bonus Program -Employee Assistance Program -Wellness Incentives -Employee discount on tile and stoneware after six (6) months -Quarterly company goals where everyone in the company has the potential to earn up to 4 weeks additional bonus pay annually.
