Responsibilities • Design, curate, and manage the photography studio • Coordinate the technical aspects of the photography process such as lighting, visual effects, camera angles, and shots in alignment with brand standards • Conduct in-house photoshoots in partnership with the marketing and design team • Capture and produce quality imagery for product such as flay lay, and on-figure in alignment with style guides and brand requirements • Maintain photographic equipment and coordinate any necessary repairs • Maintain a safe, neat, and well-organized photo studio • Manage and maintain photography processes, systems, and tools • Maintain the company's photography repository, for ease of use and access • Edit and format images and artifacts in a useable, functional manner, with a 48-hour turnaround from shoot to final delivery Additional Details • Hours: As a full-time, non-exempt employee, this position typically works 5 days a week with flexibility to adjust schedule around special projects. This position is expected to be in the office Monday – Friday.
