Product Specialist

We recirculate more than 300,000 items of used kit every year, extending the life and creative potential of photo and video equipment for creators around the world. Responsibilities Checking items of stock, commonly DSLRs, lenses and cinematography equipment Processing all inbound orders through our in-house software system Preparing, photographing and writing descriptions of items for sale Ensuring items are ready to be published to our marketplace Communicating to ,and ensuring that, customer happiness is maintained and online reputation is upheld throughout all transactions Requirements Highly organised Great Attention to detail, meticulous approach Experienced knowledge of camera equipment Background/Interest in photography, tech savvy Friendly and confident especially via phone and email Even Better If An interest in photography and/or videography is a helpful start in the Product Specialist team, but we do welcome those with less knowledge of our marketplace product who are willing to jump in the deep end and learn.
