Production Artist

Hello! This position will be responsible for supporting the design needs of the daily production operation. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Process artwork and proofs for clients -Create production ready Adobe Illustrator files for production operators -Vectorize new artwork -Coordinate production logistics/details between customer and production printing departments -Maintain alignment of product quality with customer expectations -Create new product photos to incorporate into social media & product listings -Create content for social media channels -Design ads and content for e-mail marketing -Prepare photos, graphics, production descriptions, and other assets for website updates -Touch-up or enhance product photos -Create graphic layouts and page spreads as needed for other projects (catalogs, flyers, inserts) -Create novel artwork and designs for new product listings -Assist on other projects as needed QUALIFICATIONS: -Intermediate experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop -Intermediate illustration skills -Intermediate layout skills, an eye for style and designs that stand out -Intermediate experience with color schemes, PMS color matching -Intermediate photography skills, able to operate digital cameras -Excellent spelling and writing skills -Excellent organization skills, must be detail oriented -Able to work quickly to meet customer deadlines -Able to interface with a large number of customers requests -Able to adapt to changing design or work requests -Product quality driven mindset -Excellent communication with team mates and a positive professional attitude -Basic experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word is a plus -Basic experience working with e-commerce platforms is a plus -Basic experience working with customers is a plus -Basic communication in Mandarin Chinese is a plus This is a great opportunity to apply your graphic design experience and work hands-on with e-commerce, retail products, and customers.
