The most successful candidate will have extensive "shop" experience and mechanical skills and experience. Ideally, the most successful candidate would have a good working knowledge of knife making techniques and mastery of the various methods of knife fabrication. If you do not have experience with a variety of tools, fabrication or craftsmanship, this is not the position for you.
