The Production Coordinator is an entry-level member of the Creative Production team and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination of Boot Barn ecommerce studio photography and production logistics. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role helps keep ecommerce shoots organized, on schedule, and accurately reflected within the team’s ecommerce calendar and production systems.

 

The Production Coordinator will primarily support in-studio ecommerce photoshoots by maintaining shoot calendars, coordinating schedules, updating production information, communicating changes, and assisting with general studio logistics. This role will also support the Production Manager with travel accommodations, production-related administrative tasks, and other coordination needs across the department.

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in creative production. This person should be comfortable working within established processes, managing recurring deadlines, communicating clearly with cross-functional teams, and supporting a fast-paced studio environment. 

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Coordinate day-to-day scheduling and logistics for ecommerce studio photoshoots.
* Maintain the ecommerce production calendar, ensuring shoot dates, product categories, talent, studio details, and other production information are accurate and current.
* Prepare and communicate daily and weekly shoot schedules, schedule changes, and production details to studio teams and appropriate internal partners.
* Coordinate models, photographers, stylists, studio teams, and other shoot participants, including scheduling and confirmations.
* Partner with Ecommerce, Creative, Photography, Styling, Merchandising, and other teams to gather necessary information and ensure teams are prepared for upcoming shoots.
* Identify missing information, scheduling conflicts, or production needs and follow up with appropriate partners or escalate as needed.
* Support studio production needs before, during, and after ecommerce shoots.
* Coordinate production-related travel, including airfare, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.
* Maintain organized production documentation, shared files, schedules, and vendor and talent contact information.
* Assist with production-related purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and expense documentation.
* Support the Head of Production with campaign, location, and special project production needs as assigned.
* Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
* Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
* Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
* Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.

 

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Photography, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
* 1-2 years of experience in production, ecommerce, photography, marketing, retail, studio operations, or a related field preferred.
* Previous internship, coordinator, administrative, or studio experience is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate calendars, schedules, and production information.
* Comfortable working within calendar, scheduling, and project management systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to follow established processes and effectively communicate changes or issues to the appropriate partners.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal production and ecommerce systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced studio and creative environment.
* Strong follow-through and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
* Ability to remain flexible as shoot schedules and production priorities change.
* Interest in ecommerce, photography, fashion, retail, and creative production preferred.
* Ability to work occasional extended hours or support production schedules as business needs require.

PAY RANGE: $23.00 - $25.00/hr

**Physical Demands**
